Why is does the model's hair in Victoria Secret commercials always blow around? Is it windy in Lingerie Land? 'Cuz I bet it's awful cold to run around there in your draaws. I mean, seriously, people.
Oh, and I only caught the tail end of that commercial. I mean it.

My thoughts precisely. Not one person, except maybe you Nate, is looking there.

i, for one, am grateful that there is at least one man who understands the meaning of the sentence "Eyes up here."
I think their hair blows around like that for reasons embedded in semiotic and sociological sexual signaling. Unfortunately, i consistently slept through that particular seminar in Anthro during college, so I couldn't tell ya.
Also, given who REALLY shops at VS, could there be a subliminal here? As in "men, go get your wives to watch this commercial, because a woman like this would probably blow you off anyway."

Nate, have you heard of this modern invention called a "fan"? I think that by blowing the hair away from the face, models' cheek bone structure is emphasized. It couldn't be that you're supposed to imagine them being so blown away by you and overheated that they have to toss their head/hair back...
